These early sessions are extremely important as they define the criteria and lay the foundation of the custom search strategy that guides our efforts.
Identifying Candidates
The research team at Higher Plain that is assigned to your search will utilize the most state-of-the-art, leading-edge research technology to quickly reach an unprecedented number of qualified candidates. The Higher Plain Network, our company newsletter, connects with thousands of outstanding, executive talents at their desktops, in real-time. Your assigned search consultant will personally conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates on the basis of background, skills and cultural fit. Once complete, you will then be presented a slate of the 3 to 5 most elite, exactly qualified candidates based on the indicators discovered in the cultivation process and your description for success, as well as, a detailed report with the Higher Plain candidate recommendations.
Concierge Service
Your assigned consultant will take care of everything throughout the entire search process. They will schedule client/candidate meetings, make travel arrangements, and handle reimbursement of travel related expenses with your business department personally. After each session the lead search consultant will have a detailed debriefing session with the candidate; providing you with valuable post-interview feedback that you and your team can utilize to fully comprehend the candidate and their motives.
Background checks and Negotiations and closing
From the initial introduction your search consultant begins a personal dialog with individuals that are capable of providing insights to you about the candidate's qualifications and character. We seek references provided by the candidate as well as other, Higher Plain exclusive, industry contacts. The collective comments derived by these references are reviewed with you, the client. Once the candidate selection is determined your consultant will move the search to the closure stage; handling compensation recommendations & negotiations, the resignation process, relocation issues, and the transition strategy.
